GENERAL
Do not use my commissioned pieces for AI and/or NFTs.
The artist has the right to decline a project if the artist feel the request is something the artist can't deliver well or if the artist can't complete the commission.
Always credit me for my artworks.
By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the written terms below.
COMMISSION PROCEDURE
Full Payment Upfront → Initial Sketch Phase → Line Art (following sketch approval) → Base Coloring → Final Details → Final Piece DeliveryEstimated Turnover Rate
Pieces will finish within 1-2 weeks with a maximum at 4 weeks. The artist will ensure it to be completed before then unless stated otherwise.
✦Commissions with rush fees are prioritized.
✦You reserve the right to be notified of any delayNote: Time may change depending on the waitlist/busy events.
PAYMENTS
For International Clients, the Artist only accept any form of payment through built-in payment systems in VGen & Ko-Fi or through Paypal InvoiceAll commissions require full payment upfront.
USE
The artist retains all ownership and rights to the artwork, including the right to use commissioned pieces for self-promotion.
Client is free to use and post the artwork anywhere for personal use.
Remember to credit the artist.
REFUNDS
No refunds are permitted after the final draft is signed off. Finished pieces are final sales. I will only do a full refund only when I'm not able to finish your order.
